I went straight into it as a second shooter for the candids then got myself into position to get such shots as groom seeing the bride for the first time, first kiss rings exchanged etc. I knew these were also where possible being shot by the main photographer, so without too much pressure I found myself enjoying getting the shots. From there I got to shoot a wedding with one of them as they had two weddings booked. I work much better with some pressure and knowing the camera your using and the lenses really helps on the day.

Worth getting to grips so it's second nature use of full manual, shooting backlit subjects, subject in low light, light into dark, dark into light etc. being able to change camera settings on the hoof and one of the main things getting on with everyone and giving them a wonderful experience to remember you by.
