Sitting at home, my arthritis means that attending Focus on Imaging is quite a painful experience now, and I cannot put up with all the pushing and prodding that goes on especially round the stands where the aisles are ten deep in people ogling the models Tongue

Spent Sunday and Monday there, watching presentations, talking to people and battling through crowds of massive lens trying to photograph the hairs on the model's noses.

Taking Ade's model perspective...

Stage 1 Approx 1980 when it was Photography at Work in Harrogate - In search of info about large format - no models
Stage 2 1991-2000 - Hard work running around getting info for magazine I edited, meeting with PR people - ogling models
Stage 3 2001-2003 - Busy exhibiting on small stand working all hours to attract photographers to ePHOTOzine - what models?
Stage 4 2004-2008 - Busy exhibiting on huge stand working all hours to meet huge ePHOTOzine community, encourage new members and network with advertisers - employed models to hand out fliers - lots of close up ogling.
Stage 5 2009-2010 - Minimal activity due to health - ogling models from pics uploaded in epz gallery
Stage 6 2011 - Joined forces with Bright and busy exhibiting on small stand saying hello to ePHOTOzine members - ogling model on stand photographed by Big Dog.
Stage 7 2012-2013 - Team look after Focus - bored of ogling models.
