Hi,

Not a suggestion for a meet, but couldn't think of a better forukm for this!

I shall be heading that way after christmas for a day or two and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good B&B in the area.

Hoping finally to have a couple of days squirrel bashing after my brother's wedding!

If you haven't been before, it's a great location not only for the Squirels, but the dunes and dwarf like pines are pretty good subjects too i.e. they don't move, easier for bashing!! Only Kidding!

If I'm about I will head over and say hello as I'm only down the road in Liverpool.

There are plenty of Guest houses and B&B's in the area too - - - can't really recommend them as I've never stayed in any of them but this might be of help

I can recommend the Dukes Folly hotel in Southport. My family all stayed there a couple of years ago and some have been back. A bit "interesting" but nothing is too much trouble
