"Grab Photoshop and CS2 For Absolutely Free, Right Now"
Seems popular - https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?pid=4485850&e=cs2_downloads
"Site Area Temporarily Unavailable

I still use CS2 at work - does everything I need.
It's a good marketing ploy.
There are so many free image editors available that Adobe probably decided to make it available for free as it is now so far behind CS6. If people are going to download an editor for free then Adobe may as well let it be one of theirs. They may well get a few people tempted to purchase a more up to date version.
Very true, Keith. I'm still perfectly happy with PS7 to do the final tweaks after using Lightroom 3 for most of my processing.
Might still see if I can get the CS2 download to work some time, though ![]()
Quote: You may find the download link is now disabled - see here
Seems OK now - just got PS CS2 and Acrobat8 from it.
Quote: In real terms most photographers indeed most designers could happily use PS7 let alone CS2.
Indeed, I'm still happily on Elements 5.
