Yeah, did that. About twenty minutes later I had 15 people looking. Then someone said, "what are you looking at?" I said "Nothing, I have a stiff neck" and walked away....

Stand in the middle of the road in rush hour to be really unlucky!
John, that reminds me:
Mother and Father Hedgehog discussing the sad death of their youngster:
Mother: "I thought you said you had given him road safety training"
Father: "I did, I covered the look both ways and only cross when the road was clear"
Mother: "and what about when a car comes whizzing round the corner?"
Father: "standard drill, get between the near side and off-side wheels and roll into a ball, don't move until the danger has passed"
Mother: "and what about Reliant Robins?"
made me smile anyway
Unlucky for some! Brian
A cornering Reliant Robin is usually on two wheels - the hedgehog may have a chance!
Only if the Robin has the front wheel in the air - now there's a thought, wheelies in a Robin! :0)
Remember that news story about the Reliant Robin doing a ton on the motorway .. got chased by the plod ... LOL
Suzi - the boys are back on the other thread - with a vengeance!!
But would the hedgehog have enough time to get out of the way if the Reliant was doing 100mph?
No, but if it stuck its foot out it could trip it over (Monty Python style)!
...it is an ex-parrot. It has ceased to be. It is pushing up the .... oh sorry.
I'm not superstitious - I know the universe is out to get me and there's nothing I can do about it so far I've been...
- knocked down by a police car
- knocked down by a hanglider
- had my toes broken by an old lady's shopping troller (on Xmas Eve)
- almost killed by an exploding birch tree
- knocked down several times by those go karts pensioners use to get around town
Now you could say I should watch where I'm going but I do (experience has taught me that) - all of the above (bar the shopping trolley) hit me in the back!
Well I can't match that... But...
I was hit by lightening...
On Scafell Pike...
And, oh my..did it hurt...
nailed to its perch!!
Wow - that IS bad luck, Andrew. But you lived to tell the tale. Its an electrifying story!
5 years ago today I broke my femur.....
For the 2nd time in two weeks.
First time was in Kenya, had a 7 hour op out there to fix it. 10 days in hospital.
The Worlds favourite airline made me get up out of my wheelchair in heathrow, tripped fell and did it again!
Another op in London to remove all the previous metalwork and put new stuff in.
Unlucky? Me? that was break no 13
Only took a year to walk again
Still I'm not bitter *twitch* *twitch*
I'm not superstitious but I didnt leave the house tonight - Ulster rugby didnt *need* another photographer!
