Over the years I have seen many fantastic car registration numbers: Here are just a few:-

    LOO 412P (On That's Life)

SEP1A (spotted in Whitby in the 1990's)

    1CE (spotted just outside Chester)

N1KON (I kid you not - in my home of Wallasey about 2 years ago - the guy in the car spotted me looking at his reg but didn't stop! - I own a NIKON!!!!)

FET15H (spotted in Martin Mere, near Southport)

CLA1R (In Birkenhead, the building next to where I work! - I think Clair drives it!)

I have seen PEN 58S but I've not yet seen PEN 15 but I'm sure someone has!

I'm sure you have seen loads better than the ones above. Remember they must be genuine although you can suggest possible ones like P155 OFF - Sorry no offence intended!!!

I've seen a standard registration locally that was probably selected when the car was bought: TR04ACE

I've also seen G12EEN where the "12" was distorted to make an "R" shape. That was on a BMW X5 which probably explains a few things...

And more recently I saw one on the A38 near Derby that read "VILLA FC" but I don't remember the combination of letters and numbers that formed it as I was passing it too fast. I do remember that if it belongs to a footballer he has a very non-descript silver estate car...

There is also a 'M1 CUL' around here, they obviously don't speak French.

I've got 'MAG 1C' on film. It was Paul Daniels in his Nissan 4x4 in front of me near Henley.

BED 1T, seen on a BMW driven by a female in Perry Barr B-ham.

Saw BIG BOSS on a Mclaren F1 several years ago.

PEN15 used to be owned by Steve Parrish the motorcycle and truck racer, many a marshall at Brands commented that it was the most appropriate plate that a complete p***k could own Wink

Once got my hands on a Vauxhall Viva DAW50N, sold that plate on for a few quid Smile

Can confirm that Steve Parish had that plate (pen15), although his wife didnīt seem to mind when I saw her driving it on the Ferry at Dover a few years ago!!

I once saw RUN1N on a triumph Dolomite near Cardiff in the 70's, and someone had BAR61N (BARGIN) on Peugot in Uxbridge.

A friend of ours managed to get

    LE0 7EP

    (LED ZEP)

Then had to wait to get a car to put it on. Only paid Ģ295 for it too, wonder how much he'd get for it now, all cleverly, if illegally arranged Wink
