Hi Everyone, just wondering if anybody has any experience of using the Gary Fong Whale Tail and if so is it worth the money?

for what it is, just a couple of bits of cheap plastic the price is outrageous. I bought a Chinese copy of a lightsphere from ebay and it fits and works just the same as the Gary Fong.

I bought the Whale Tail because I had good results using the Lightsphere and thought it worth a try.

Have now reverted back to the Lightsphere after not been impressed with the Whale Tail. I did get more than half my money back by selling it on ebay.

Do yourself a favour and keep your money in the bank. Complete waiste of money. I use bounce flash with BFT. Google Neil van kielerk and the black foamy thing.
