PSE 5 is fairly new so there may not be any third party stuff as yet.
You could have a look at www.photoshoptv.com there may be something on there that might help.
A great many books are written for Elements 5 but this author is particularly good. His Photoshop publications and online video tutorials are always first rate.

Although it is only an ilustrated ready reference it is much better than the "Help" function in Elements.
I have the Elements 3 book but Elements 5 will be similar
