Hi Sorry if this has been discussed before but I can't find it.
I am using photoshop cs4 and up until just recently I could use my hand tool for moving around the screen by pressing the spacebar. I admit I have been having a play around but can I have changed anything for this to now not work?
Any help would be much appreciated.

The Hand Tool and the Rotate View Tool are nested together immediately above the magnifying glass icon near the bottom of the Tools.
Notice the tiny black triangle in the bottom right corner of several icons? That means there are several tools on the same button. Press and hold the button and you'll get a drop-down of all the nested tools, then you just select the one you want.
