I sit here with the sprouts simmering harshly and the Turkey still in the freezerSmile
Im planning to cook my 54lb Turkey from frozen and on a gentle heat (the oven door wont close) for a good couple of hours at most,
I dont want to over do her and ive got to nail them sprouts...I think I may have started them a bit late to be fairSad

Anyhow....Many Thanks to the Epz team and members for making a fantastic site and for all the help Ive recieved this yearSmileSmile

Is that going to be long enough ?

I have only a 7lb fresh turkey that requires a couple of hours ( gas mark 4 ) so surely a 54lb cooked from frozen will require longer ?
