I am considering buying from laptopsdirect.co.uk as they seem to have a good range of laptops. Just wanted to know if anyone has bought from them before and what the customer/delivery service is like?

Yes and very good they were too, can't say too much about their after sales service because I've never had a problem with anything I've purchased.......A laptop, colour TV and a Freeview Recorder.....

Yes I have bought several laptops over the years from them. I've never personally had any issues at all.

I like toshiba and the toshiba that i am using just now has lasted very well so i know they are good. For some reason there seems to be a shortage of toshiba laptops for sale in the uk highstreet shops so when i found laptops direct i was pleasantly surprised with the wide range of laptops they have. three years ago i paid £460 for a 4g toshiba with an intel pentium processor so i think getting a toshiba with an i5 processor and 8gb ram at that price is a bargain and hopefully i will see the benefits of using a machine of this spec.

Very disappointing after sales service - caveat emptor!
