I really used to enjoy a bit of toast or toasted English muffin with my wife's homemade jam; Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, Grape, and Apple jelly. However, that's forbidden fruit now....Diabetes.Tongue

Officially I'm on a musli & fruit breakfast (except when I am away from home..........................)Wink

in fact as cholesterol tests are pretty much a spot check and thus a waste of time I have given up and reverted to normal i.e. a cup of coffee during the week and a egg, bacon, black pudding and tomato on Saturday!

bring on the statins!!!
