I recall reading that the Triple Bypass Burger also comes with a free, complimentary jaw dislocation operation - so that you can really get your jaw around the whole burger in one go (no more needing to slip half the burger out to eat separately)

Think I'll pass it up. Already had my heart attack. One is more then enough.

Why thank you kind sir.

The trick is to eat less and move more Grin

What I have done however is peanuts compared with this guy . That is truly inspirational

Its cost me a fortune in new clothing, but it is nice to buy medium sized shirts and 34 inch waist trousers again (its been many years since I could do that)

Cambirder, that's great. Congrats on your personal achievement. Will be really trying to loose 25 lbs right after the 1st of the year. My goal is an even 200 lbs. Haven't seen that number on the scale in years.

Thanks and good luck with that Joel. I started at a similar weight (231 lbs) and am now at around 175, so I'm sure you can make your target.

Well done Paul, I'm back at your start weight !!

Ironic just signed back up at the gym today to see if I can move the 50 odd pounds I've piled on over the last 4 years.

Well done Paul on the weight loss, it ain't easy that I do know.....I've managed 6st,4lbs since March......Yep I was a 25st porker, still have to reach my target weight of 18st by xmas, but I'm well on the way at 18st 10 as of this morning......Ultimately, I'm trying to get below 16st, and I haven't been that weight since I got married 26 years ago.
How have I done it?.......Sheer bloody hard work, a fat free diet, less in more out, and shed loads of exercise. Which has been the real difficult part as I'm certified disabled, which is why all the weight went on in the first place.......But I'm also a determined and stubborn bas****, when I want to be and will not be beaten........

Keep up the good work, perhaps we should both compare notes!......

Ade
