I've got two versions - I like both but need help deciding on the final version as a) visual design is important to me and I don't like dead space BUT b) I'd be interested to know which of the two is "easier" to read and more importantly, easier to look at.
1. Number 1
2. Number 2

Number 1 for me as I'm getting a 404 Error Not found on Number 2

Oops - try again
Yup, Number 1 for me
2nd one reads Colour The Factor to me and from the name in the address bar it should say The Colour Factor?
So Number 1 is best in my book
2nd one. .. I read, The Color Factor...
I prefer the 1st version, it feels more balanced to me, the inverted 'l' on the 2nd version irritates ....
hmmmm - diametrically opposite views. Interesting
i say 2 says "colour the factor", so 1 for me.
Room full of ad people have gone for number two (although the over-riding vote was neither....sorry)
What about this one: Number 3
That's the same as number two.
Out of the two ... number one for me. Stronger image and more memorable .. the second just doesn't appear 'designed'.

Don't suppose they'd be willing to impart their superior knowledge about what would make it a "yes" vote.....
Just as an aside it might help if we knew what message you were trying to convey. What type of market you were aiming it at? The product or service etc? Expected age group, how the branding is most likely to be use?
It would also be good to see more of your initial concepts to get a broader feel.

Okay - good link: Number 3
