Signed, I knew a few of these guys personaly and know what they have to give up just to be proud to serve.


Our government really need a kick in the arse at times over immigration, Was it Enoch Powel who warned us ????


I am and never could be considered ratiolast or anything like that but to be fair we are a small island in danger of losing our own identity.


And then hear of such things as this !!!!!


You try getting into USA to live !!!!!!!! but any old person who wants to come here ???? seems easy realy then people like this who drop everything at a moments notice to help UK and then are treated lower than some folk I could comment on.


Makes me so angry.

In principal, I agree wholeheartedly with the general view on here. However, I would like to know what peoples opinion is of the olf official reason for Gurkhas being treated differently (less pay, less pension) than other British troops - that this would be unfair as it is an extremely large amount of money compared to the average pay in Nepal, and it would entice too many people to join up.
