Hello everybody. Just signed up. I'm sure I'll get a chance to have a proper look around later, but for now and I'm sure this info is here somewhere.....I was just wondering. Do you guys usually post full size images on here or downsize the file a pixels to prevent them from being nicked ? Sorry, novice question Smile

Hi Marion and welcome. Smile Your photos will be automatically downsized to 600 pixels (on the longer side) if you do not do this yourself.

Generally preferable to do the downsizing yourself before you upload so you can, for example, add a bit of sharpening which is sometimes needed after resizing.

    Hi Marion,

What ever size you upload its scaled back to 1000pixels (or 600 non paying member).
Many people here export a file just for upload of just 1000/600 pixels on the longest side so that they control the downsizing.

Welcome to Epz, i look forward to you uploads.

    Stuart

    Welcome to Epz. Marion,

    Excellent advice from Stuart.

I would never let Epz. (or any site) resize my images for me.

    Bren.
