Ive been on this site a while but have never seen a Dorset / Hampshire meeting.

Any one fancy organising a meet? Maybe someone in the new forest?

Well Dale, I'm up for it!

New Forest gets my vote! Incidentally there is a cider pressing weekend in our village next weekend...which I have found quite photogenic in the past! If you like cider make sure you bring a nominated driver along too!!

The 'shrooms are sprouting nicely too!

I cant make next weekend. My suggestion if people are up for it is that we set a date for the end of Oct / beginning of Nov.

Ive only ever been to Linford to take pics so would need a New Forest Veteran to suggest good starting off place.

OK what about w/e of 7/8 Nov for starters? We can always decide on a venue if anyone else is interested Smile

Finding a focal point (excuse pun) may be difficult!

I may well be able to make this one too, as it is so local.

I just invited some (non photographic - non-photogenic, even Smile ) friends for that weekend. Should have looked here first.

They haven't definitely said they'll come so I'll be there if they don't.

Here's a thing though. It's the weekend after Bonfire night and sometimes that makes for fog. But there will probably be weekend displays - so that could offer other possibilities.
