I have a work iphone and was wondiering if anyone knows how I find out which model it is. Is it on the menus anywhere or will I need to take the back off?

Also, it is connected to my wifi router. How do I check it is connecting to the internet through the router and not going through the phone network (Vodafone) which will cost money.

    Thank you

    Check here.

You'll probably need to enter a password (the same one for your computer/laptop) to connect to the net through your router.

To see if you're on wifi look at the top of the screen. A fan shaped icon with bars across shows that you're on wifi. If you've never connected before you will have to go to settings, network, wifi and enter your wifi password. You need to do this for each network you join, but once you've done it once the phone will remember for the next time.

    Thanks guys - sorted Smile

Apparently it is not so much the phone model I needed as the software version.
