I have recently procured D100 and started shooting with it. I found that more red tone is comming in the image. I have set my colour mode to sRGB I. Can anyone help me to get correct colour tone.
Thanks a bunch and with regards,
Colour calibration is like your camera speaking english, your monitor french and your printer speaking german.
as you know most people dont speak all 3.
1st set your camera to mode 2 Adobe 98. (the widest colour gamet)
2nd set yor monitor to adobe 98. and have it calibrated correctly. (so it will show nutral greys correctly)
3 use the same papers and have them icc profiled.
Hi Tony, first of all thanks a bunch to both of you. If I change to Adobe98 both on camera and monitor then what about the lab who are going to print my photographs. Are they able to get me the same colour as my camera/monitor or else I have to do something else. My lab machine is 3001 and using Kodak Paper for prints. Regards,
I am extremely sorry, Izzy. Complete picture looks cyan/red and doesn't show skin tone. Can you help in this connection. Regards,
OK, Izzy, will be trying to shoot on sunny mode and check the same. But this problem was of flash photoshoots.
Hi Andrew, thanks for your info. I have not yet used AWB. I also use sRGB-I for portriat works and sRGB-III for outdoor work.
Regards,
