    Hello Friends,

I've just installed my new office printer, a HP Deskjet 2050.

My main problem, I can't for the life of me get it to print - not even a test print page!!

    What can I do?

    Frank.

I assume you've installed the driver?

    Hi Ken,

er, doesn't the software do this automatically?

HP printers generally come with an A3 sheet of set-up instructions. I'd check whether some vital step had been missed out.

Then contact HP support or the dealer who sold it to you.

    The william,

    thanks for that!

I've looked again at that set-up sheet. Lo and behold, inside the main flap, there is a lighter grey flap that needs to be in the upright position!

As soon as I lifted that up - the printer, she prints!!!!Grin

Sorry for the confusion - I'm here to entertain!Smile
