hs30exr adjusting shutter speed

Hi I am trying to slow shutter speed down and can only get it to 4" on manual by using the adjust wheel on top - I have it set to iso100 f3.6 and tried variations on that and it simply will not go below 4" or am I missing something.

Just set mine to manual iso 100, f3.6 and then changed the speed to 30" so no idea why yours won't go that far sorry.

just found out how to do it - finally found a video by fuji guys ...........so simple doh - and as result just scared my dogs by screaming yesssssssssssss! when it worked lol - being driving me nuts since yesterday.
