I have recently become the owner of 3 lenses from a 35mm Minolta camera
markings as they read are AF28 Lens Minolta logo 1:2.8 (22), AF50 Lens Minolta logo 1:17 (22)
75-300 Sigma Minolta .....When looking this one up on the internet the only ones with the same lined grip which circles the main body is a APO but it doesnt have APO written on it, nor does it have the Minolta white circle logo. But it does have Sigma and a tiny M that stands out from the rubber on the opposite side of the barrel to the Sigma sign
I was going to trade these in as i want t get a semi pro Nikon or Canon.
I have spent a few nights on shoots with a friend and i've a great passion brewing in me to get started.
Sadly im not in the position to go in on a low price camera and buy again in 6 months, i just wont have the money then. .....(As My loft contents is already on ebay
)
I see so many people selling soon after pruchase and taking quiet a knock with what they paid.
I would much preffer to go in and be set and with a camera Body that can stay with me for a long time.
If anyone has any knowledge of how these lenses may be used on other cameras even if a mount changer is needed that would be great. Also what model numbers.
Im hoping this information may save me forking out for lenses at the start as ive been offered £100 trade in for them all and lenses are going to cost me alot more than that.
Thank you in advance
