I took an image of a Jet Airplane passing the moon on Friday, its a good image, the company is one of our UK tour operators (Big) , I emailed them the image and they want complete rights to the image to use in there advertising I haven't a clue what to charge? I have a total of 6 images all RAW.

That's fantastic, but pin them down more closely to what they want to do with it. Because if they want to use it in all sorts of advertising and put it on bill boards around the world, they should be paying tens of thousands for it. And if you give it away for a few hundred, you will be kicking yourself. But if they just want to use it in one place, and you suggest tens of thousands, then they'll walk away.
