I just love getting out in the open air and walking in the countryside on a fresh bright day. I don't know what it is, there;'s just something about it that kind of ...connects you with nature...gives things real meaning, if you know what i mean. I just feel at one with all around me, and each footstep although only oine of many on an aimless journey, is still a significant and gloriousevent in its own right. I remember the last time I was strolling out on Walleredale Edge and across the Wingminge, the wind was in my hair and I just stopped for a few moments and thought...this is it, the true meaning of life"

    he rambled.
