Images not in order.

Hi all,
I just got my 50d II back from being fixed due to water damage after me taking it swimming and now when I download in Bridge the images are all over the place as in all jumbled up and out of order??
Is it something I need to reset in the menu on the camera or something I've done in Bridge??
