Desperation is setting and I need help ....
Currently working with iMovie '09 and have a couple of issues
1. My iTunes does not appear in my iMovie
I have check the configurations on my laptop iMovie (which does have iTunes showing) and they appear to be the same. I have deleted the iMovie plist and library xl and rebooted and this has made no difference. Am I missing something ??
2. Also have an issue with sound levels .... When I export a movie and play it from my desktop, the sound levels are reduced by about 40%
How do I retain the same sound levels I hear in iMovie ?

i movie and i tunes are different applications on my mac
i movie and i tunes are indeed different applications on every mac
Perhaps I didn't explain it very well .... When you open iMovie, there is a window from which you can access additional material like Title, Transitions, photos etc.
Also in this list is music and sound effects. When I click this, nothing appears. It should bring up my iTune library in the window
go to google type in lost my imovie sounds or something like and read it sounds like it maybe a plugin problem
also if uv got mountain lion a new update has just come out for itunes try installing that too
can't upgrade my mac tower to mountain lion as it is pre 2007 so might switch to my laptop
but I will look at plugins - thanks
