My husband and I wanted to have the Benny Hill theme music piped through our venue for after we had done the dirty deed. I don't think the outlaws would have appreciated it. (wish we had really lol).

That clip is so funny. Don't you just know that someone somewhere has actually done this. Smile

I like those people who have the hymn "Fight the Good Fight" at weddings, or the more well known one of The Police's "I'll be watching you" (about stalking).

Once photographed a wedding where the bride walked down the isle to the dulcit tones of metallica. Have yet to see a wedding to Billy Idols White Wedding - the one with the lovly reference to 'shot gun' in there. Dirty Deeds (Done Dirt Cheap) by ACDC might be an interesting choice too. Oh, you've got me thinking now... Smile

I'm sure that some Macc lads stuff would top the list, and not forgetting Zappa's 'I guess you are wondering why I am here'
'Torn between two lovers' would go down like a led balloon I guess.
I attended a wedding where the first dance was 'Freebird'. The old dears did look bemused at the headbanging antics of the bride and groom. Much fidgeting amongst the twin sets and pearls I tell you.

There was a thread about this a while ago, unfortunately the search is broken so I can't find it, but I did make a note of some of the best ones to make a mock 'order of service' for a mate of a mate's wedding

"Bob Dylan - Groom's still waiting at the altar
You Are My Sister - Antony & the Johnsons
Every Day I Love You Less and Less - Kaiser Chiefs
Know Your Enemy - Rage Against The Machine
We're Not Going To Make It - Presidents of the USA
Forever for Her (Is Over For Me) - White Stripes
The Death March from Handel's Saul
'Im not in love' 10cc
Won't get fooled again - the Who
Comfortably numb - Pink Floyd
Beautiful south "don't marry her F*** me"
Cold Hard B**ch - Jet
You're The Reason I'm Leaving- Franz Ferdinand
Go Now - Moody Blues
I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For - U2
He Is Your Brother - Abba
What The F**k Are We Saying ? - Lenny Kravitz
Set Me Free - Chris Rea
You Give Love a Bad Name - Bon Jovi
I Never Loved You Anyway - Corrs
Mama, We're all crazy Now! - Slade"

"I Let Love In" by Nick Cave, with the opening verse -

Despair and Deception, Love's ugly little twins
Came a knocking at my door, I let them in
Darling, you're the punishment for all my former sins
I let love in.
