I have a Panasonic Lumix G1 and am wondering if I can get a lens that will reach further than my 45-200 as I would like to take images of birds

I have the Panasonic 100-300mm and use it for all types of wildlife, I highly recommend it.

I have just bought one for my G1 and it seems OK after a quick few shots comparing it with my 45-200.
It will be getting its first serious run out this weekend and am interested how it will compre to my 7D+100-400L.
