Is Cobra 800 AF-P compatible with Pentax K-7 DSLR body?

Hi Milo, Below is a link to a list of older flashguns, Along with some info about them regarding safe or not for use on a digital camera body.

If you can't find a definite answer, Its best to err on the side of caution, Rather than risking your cameras electronics.

You could also have a word with Pentax, Although " Pete " might be along and he is a Pentax man..... So might know for sure.

Just be careful, If in doubt use it " Remotely " via a radio link.....

EDIT: Just had a quick look at the list and it only goes as far as the 700..... So you'll have to do some more digging to find out for sure.

One other option is to use it with " Wein " safe sync, However the safe sync is around £50 or so, Hence you may be inclined to by a new gun, That is compatible for sure.

Sumfin like this would do the job.....
