Not soliciting birthday wishes but more like what would be the best photography birthday present I could receive today:
Top of my list would have to be a new Canon EOS 7D to replace my 20D.
After that it would be between a set of Lee ND filters and holders or a monitor calibrator.
Any one else sharing the 5th Feb as a birthday?

Hangover on Sunday as well. My wife and I get to go to the cinema to see Avatar, its a novelty when you have a 3yr old and then out for a meal.
Thanks for the birthday list Geoff.

jas "it's cold today"

Mrs jas "Well put a cardy on or something".

Mrs jas "It's cold today - can't you turn that flaming heating up?"

jas "Yes, dear".

Does that help, Geoff? Wink

Ooh you'll enjoy that (Avatar).

Happy birthday.

I'm not a pices though, they're a bit fishy...

Jas, you just don't understand women. At your age.. tsk.

Women feel the cold more.
Women need chocolate as an essential nutritional requirement.
Women are usually right, particularly on financial, practical or diplomatic matters.

Saying that, I told my husband it made financial, practical and diplomatic sense to buy me the Olympus Pen.. he showed his masculine foolhardiness in his scornful laugh as he dragged me kicking and screaming from Jessops.

1) Women have an extra layer of fat to keep them warm.
2) Chocolates help to increase that layer.
2) Mrs jas is always right! For example - Mrs jas just said that it was me what ate most of her new box of choccies! Smile

Grrr! My sympathies to poor Mrs Jas, what she has to put up with! You'd better buy her another box of chocolates.
