I have seen the above at a reasonable price on Amazon, has anyone had any experience of using these filters and do they do a good job?

I've never used them, but they come with a nice little storage case, which bodes well.

Never used them either - but I have used Raynox ones. A Raynox DCR-250 myself and they are good quality macro "filters/diopters/lens attachments". They market for the digital camera market more than the DSLR market, but they still work wonders and with the unversal clip they will attach to quite a few different lens threads.
