I'm just interested to know if anyone with a K10D has experienced any of their pics leaning to the right. If so what have you done to put it right.

Leaned to right whilst taking :S
It sounds like you will need to redistribute your ballast to correct that list to starboard - or there's a danger you might capsize.... :-O

A leaning to Port is preferable this time of year!

How many glasses have you had, CB?
Back to the original question please
Its gone very quiet all of a sudden. Question too difficult ?
try holding it straighter....
A question similar to mine was posted on the pentax forum and it was very interesting to hear how many people had a problem with leaning images. It did'nt matter how well the camera was held or even put on a tripod, even using a spirit level, the problem was still there. So i am interested to see if members of this forum have the same problem.
A very common problem I would think. It's often very difficult to judge horizontality when squinting through a tiny viewfinder.
Just do the best you can and correct, if necessary, with imaging software. Sometimes judicious cropping can mask the problem quite well.
i don't think that when you've forked out £500 for a quality camera you want to be fixing the problem with imaging software. Especially when the problem does'nt seem arise with other Pentax models.
Does this happen on all K10D models, Or just a few isolated cases..?
If it's all........It's a desgin fault.
If it's a few.....It could be the way the sensor is mounted in the body, Has this camera got some sort of sensor shaking device...? I thought shaking sensors might become a problem, Sooner or later.
Not on all models , the shake reduction has been thought to be the case even the viewing screen not being properly fitted has been sugested.
