Inspired to start this thread after seeing the recent Bowie thread bought to life after the release of his latest offering.
I didn't get into Led Zep till my early 20's, which is now 30 years ago, and was very pleasantly surprised by the beauty of some of the more accoustic tracks.
So, this thread is all about your favourite rock(and roll) track, and your favourite accoustic/mellow track.

I'll kick off with my faves:
    Immigrant Song
    Bron Y Aur

I go with Kashmir too. That haunting riff all the way through.
Definitely has an oriental feel to it.

Spent last night trying to get the bass drum right on the shuffle beat to Fool in the Rain. So at the moment it has to be that one. Last week it was Carousalambre.

Hearing the first Led Zeppelin LP very loudly in the summer of '69 at the age of 15 changed my life !

So as a real fan I'll pick Rock and Roll from the Fourth LP and That's the Way from Led Zepp 3 .

(but I could also vote for about 50 other songs Grin !! )

Amazingly, they bought out Led Zep2 in that same year IIRC?
