I noticed that an under used 1.8-50 lens and filter were pretty mucky this morning so I made a note to buy lens cleaning wipes.

I was surprised when the very helpful chap in Stratford-Upon-Avon Jessops explained that they only sold dry lens tissues, micro cloths or lens cleaning pens for circa £14.50.

I wanted something to have handy in my pocket like the micro cloth I have.

The answer?

Go to any branch of Specsavers and for just £2 you can buy a large pack of lens moist wipes especially made for specs, telescope, microscope and camera lenses.

The box contains individually wrapped wipes ideal for the pocket or camera bag.
