    Can someone help?!
I've recently purchased LR for the first time, having downloaded the trial version. Up until 2 weeks ago everything was fine. But now it seems to be stripping the camera info on the metadata which understandably is a massive pain. I feel I may have unchecked something whilst playing around with it. I did however in a bid of desperation uninstall and re-installed to reset the settings to default. However once re-installed it reversed back to my settings, and is STILL stripping this vital info. What am I doing wrong?! Grrrr!
All help would be greatly appreciated.
    Kind Regards, Matt

If exported pictures don't have any metadata it will be because the option to ont include metadata was inadvertantly selected in the export dialog.

I think that when you set the import settings you can adjust how metadata is handled, you can also do this on export.
Sorry i don't know where as i'm at work. but it must be in the library import area.

At what stage are you finding that the camera information is going missing ?

And by camera information do you mean things like ISO, shutter speed, aperture ?
