Lighting a dance floor

Hi,
Does anyone know the best way to light a dance floor. the ceiling height is aprox 9ft high and the dance area is around 30ft square. I have 3 speed lights to use wirelesly and I also have 3 bowens 250's so i could use any.
Any help will be muc

to get even lighting you would need to use the biggest soft box you can get as high as possible with the most power even then you will have light fall off in places the main problem is the roof is to low to get good lighting i would go for two lights either side of me and shoot what i can try to use the silver type softbox
