Looking for a little wedding advice

Hi all,

I am going to the wedding of some of my friends tomorrow. They have a pro coming along to cover the main service, groups shots and speeches etc .

The pro will not be aorund for the evening reception so I thought it would be nice to try to capture that for them. I will be mainly looking at candids.

My question is if you were in my situation what kit would you take?

The available options are:
D70, 50mm, 28-135mm, 70-300mm, 105mm, SB800flash.

I will also have my plethora of other accessories such as reflectors, tripods etc in the boot of the car.

My initial thought were to use the 28-135mm as that should give me good range and take the sb800 along should I need the extra light.

Do you think this will be enough or should I consider including some other glass?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the advice, I had been toying with the idea of taking the 70-300 and I think you have made my mind up Smile
