Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have hidden away on a back up drive firmware version 1.16 for this printer?
I acquired an old one that was going to be thrown out. Unfortunately the existing 1.15 firmware is not FAT32 friendly.
Latest firmware requires minimum of 1.16 to update from.
Works perfectly when connected to a laptop. Google failed miserably

Yes, thanks for that Steve, I have tried all the sites of this type I could find and unfortunately they all have the current drivers, they fail to cache the older versions of which I am attempting to locate.
HiTi informed me that if I attempted to update the firmware using the current update it could render the printer useless, which would be a pity. If I cannot get the firmware I may try it anyway once the paper I have for it is exhausted.
Give System Insight (www.systeminsight.co.uk) a call, they might well have one in the archives or will be able to suggest where to source the driver.
