    I had a vague idea that may be the case. But presumably that would only be once the payout has been made.

    I lost a contact lens on a night shoot but decided to carry on as I still had one good eye, I wandered some distance and found I couldn't see through the viewfinder, a quick poke found the lens on the end of my finger!
    I found a Canon battery while walking along a clifftop in the Isle of Wight, lucky again as it was the one I'd lost a week earlier but had no idea where.
