If it's a PC open windows Explorer (easy way press the key with the windows flag+E) click on 'My computer' right click and select 'search'.
When the search box opens type
*.jpg
where it says all or part of the file name (assuming they were jpg's - if not replace jpg with whatever suffix the file format was) - click on the search button
The computer will then churn away (maybe for hours) and find every file with the suffix .jpg
