I'll go first

I love marmite. But I'm picky about how it's used. A light smattering on toast is the way to go for me. It can easily be overdone and ruined.

Light on toast for me, although timing is crucial, lukewarm and its ruined. Marmite on toast with cheese on top is nice too... find if a bit too sticky on anything else though ;-0

I love Marmite.

I put it on toast. But I also do cheese on toast and put some on that too. Smile

Marmite is alright, dip your finger in it. Bovril deserves a full teaspoon at a time though. Smile

hard to get the right amount - though I love twiglets cause they're ready-measured

it's one of those things I want to like, but am not quite there yet

like a teenager with a pint of bitter

Marmite with sliced tomato in a sandwich - that's the first thing I wanted to eat after returning home after 7 months in West Africa Wink

Once you start sucking a twiglet rather than crunching you'll be ready for marmite.. trust me Wink

Wow...! way too much..!!
I'm with Ade on the twiglets "levels"..! just enough bite to be 'more-ish'..

Marmite gets a bit too pungent under melted cheese IMO.

I did once try to smoke a twiglet, bit the end off cigar style - Mistake, don't do it.

I was very, very drunk.

Love it, but I can't get it here in Iceland!! I have not found one Icelander who likes it!

When togs come over and visit, I ask them to bring a large jar.

EDIT: This forum thread has made me feel home sick Sad

I love it spread real thick so it looks like chocolate spread especially on fresh crusty bread or French stick.
