I spread on Marmite bread then put it out in the garden to kill the greenfly. Smile

After reading this yesterday I thought I'd make myself some Marmite on toast...Imagine my despair when I realised I didn't have any and had to have pate instead.

So today I bought the largest jar I could find just incase the unmentionable happens again and I find myself in a Marmite free zone.

Now available in squeezy plastic bottles, so we no longer have to put up with those little bits of rancid butter that get into the jar !!! Smile

Last year we went on holiday to America to stay with my sister in law, so we took her some marmite. Two massive jars and one tiny one.

So, I told her we'd brought her some marmite and gave her the tiny jar. Instead of a "Oh, is that all you brought ?" reaction, or a "Oh, thanks" plus disappointed look, she just said

"Yeah yeah, now give me the big jars"

I must be so predictable.
