The last one that I uploaded to a forum took forever as well.

Uploading to my daily blog can do too, although it seems to vary. Some days are better than others.

Its still the same, a 200kb file took about 3 seconds to dump in the main gallery, but takes forever to post in a forum thread, how long I can not say as I always give up.

I think there may be something on your computer but I'll ask the guys to see. I just posted this from my portfolio and it was loaded before I had chance to start counting elephants, or giraffes in this case.

I never ever use internet explorer but have just tried it and images upload from there to the forums without problems taking a second or two for a 200kb file.

This looks like its firefox specific issue.

Yeah looks like it's probably something to do with an update in firefox.
I'm afraid I'll have to look at it tomorrow.
Thanks for your help.

Don't think so, Richard. I tried to do it on safari and it took ages as well.
