I think that you see your own avatar in red and all others in blue. It helps you identify you comments in the forum. As I see mine in red but all others including yours in blue.
Might be wrong but thats how I see it.
Edit. Now I'm confused, some avatars show the blue line but some don't show any colour![]()
Red is you so you can identify your own comments in a thread.
Blue indicates the person who started the thread. Which is why it is blue in this thread.

kombizz who started the thead has a blue line in the first comment but he doesn't make any more comments so no more blue lines, yours should always show as red.
