    Hi folks,
    I'm looking to replace my (embarassingly limited) Kodak DX3600 camera, and the Olympus C4040 has caught my eye. Does anyone have any experience of this camera? What are the differences between the C4040 and the new C4000? Is there anything else in this price range (550ish) I should seriously consider?

    There's the Canon G2, which has the advantage of a swivelling screen. Or the new Coolpix 4500, which has a larger zoom range, and I gather an excellent macro capability. Both of these are four megapixel models.
