Hi, not sure if I'm posting in the correct forum, DXO have released a new version of their software free trial version available here

Sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I didn't buy V8 as V7 supported all my equipment, I looked at the trial version of V8 but I didn't think it worth the price for the improvements!

I've only played with V9 for a short while, and I'm really impressed, GUI has totally changed typical of DXO so it looks like another learning curve.

    What do you think?

Looking forward to the "professional" reviewsWink

I installed last night and have also had a "quick play".

New Prime denoise is giving impressive results although significantly impacts processing time. On an Intel i7, with 16GB ram, SSD card, and a high spec graphics card for GPU accelerated processing its taking 30 seconds, compared to around 2 without.

I agree with ikett in that the GUI changes are going to take a little getting used to again. Took me a while to figure out how to start processing an image BlushSmile

    Kevin.
