What about (and I hope some of these don't come to pass)
1. Ability to perform some photo edits once uploaded.
2. Remove all ads
3. Upload images greater than 1000px
4. Import photos from places other than local file or portfolio
5. Display a stream of images rather than have them page
6. Upload more images at a time
7. Set notifications for events such as competition deadlines
8. Responsive design to the site so content adjusts to the capabilities of viewing device
9. Ability to sell photos
10. Ability to automatically or manually translate comments to different languages
11. Ability to restrict who can view photos
12. Beer tokens for each vote an image receives
13. Personal webpage and URL produced from your uploaded images
14. Ability to further personalise your portfolio, perhaps with custom themes
