Check out:
S9000
S5200
if you haven't already.
The closest I've found to an explanation to 'anti blur' is in a description for the new E900:
Quote: near instantaneous shutter response and high sensitivity capabilities help minimise camera shake and image blur
as the press release for the S5200 states:
Quote: The Anti-Blur Mode, which exploits the cameras exceptional ISO capabilities, reduces blurring caused by movement of the user, as well as movement blur caused by the subject
as they use the same 5th generation Super CCD HR technology.
From fujifilm.com S9000 press release "Anti-Blur that automatically adjust the camera's ISO settings to combat camera shake and blur " See full article HERE
Put simply, it's a high-ISO low-noise mode that increases shutter speeds rather than compensating for actual camera movement.
If you already own an S7000 I doubt that this would give you any more satisfaction. If you have outgrown the S7000 go for a dSLR. If you haven't, then keep it.

it is the 28-300 with wide angle zoom capability that really draws me to it as to buy a decent DSLR lens of the same spec with filters etc would cost close to the price of the camera alone without the DSLR body. As I already have plenty of 55mm filters etc, I am thinking of budget restraints more than anything. again that would depend on if this camera does take the 55mm adaptors/filters.
Fuji look to have updated their site with the S9000 product details here
I'll just sit in my corner and quietly sob.
I knew Fuji (my heart belongs to Fuji) would do this the minute I bought the D70.
Long lens but how sharp is it and how quickly can you focus and shoot?
