    Do you have the exposure delay setting turned on? its on the D80, not sure if you have it on the D7000 though.

    Don't now mate.

    I will have to look for it as I am not familiar with that function at all, never heard of it.

    Will investigate.

    Very nice indeed mate.

    I have googled it and yes it has the D7000 option D11.

    I thought it was me as I was always on about I can see through the viewfinder the frame changes when half pressing shutter release/focus.

    So we do have mirror shake and this exposure delay works very effectively.
