Has anyone got / used the above combination ?
I am off to Oz in March for 3 weeks, and thought it might be an idea to get some form of portable storage rather than a million CF cards or finding places to burn pics onto CDs.

I have seen one for 150 quid, so if they are compatible it seems like a good deal to me.

    Anyone ?

    Thanks,
    Nik

Hi Nik, I use both products and found them excellent for use when travelling. The Coolwalker has a good sized screen for reviewing your images over a pint or two.
As you will be out and about, probably all day, give some thought to spare batteries for the D200. Enjoy your trip.

Never used a Coolwalker, but will throw an alternative into the mix... I bought one of these after positive feedback from others on here... 30 for the unit, and I already had a laptop hard drive knocking about, but you can pick one up from the likes of eBuyer for 30-40 quid.

Only downside is that you can't review your images, but it is cheap as chips, and I've never had any problem with mine.

    Cheers for that dudes.
I have a spare battery already ( and the grip ) but might get another anyway to be on the safe side, though I doubt I'll get stuck in the outback and be desperate for a plug....

I think I'll go for the Coolwalker, as it's reasonable and has a screen.

    Thanks.
    Nik
